While we have put processes and measures in place to ensure that you get the correct product ordered in good condition, if we do deliver a wrong item or damaged item, we will take responsibility and happily replace the item at no cost to you. If we are unable to replace an item, a refund will be considered on a case
If we are unable to process your order for any reason, we will contact you and a refund will be initiated.
When orders are placed, we start processing immediately to meet our mandate of fast delivery. Also, goods taken out of our partners inventory cannot be returned to prevent fraud. Based on this, we currently do not support order cancellation. Orders successfully paid for cannot be cancelled.
Change in delivery address

Based on this, we are not able to accommodate a change in delivery address. Buyer will have to arrange for pickup from the address captured during order placement. We have put an address verification step in our buying process to allow you to reconfirm your address every time you shop with us.
