Return/Refund Policy

      Policy Summary

  • We only replace/refund damaged items or wrong items delivered.

  • Returns can only be made at the point of delivery to the delivery representative

  • Damaged or wrong items should be returned at the point of delivery.

  • Items with a signed delivery note cannot be returned. Please confirm items before signing delivery note.

  • Item cost will only be refunded if replacement fails

  • Refund amount will be less bank charges

  • Refund Processing takes 5 to 10 working days

  • Replacement/Refund requests should be raised on our support portal https://help.interswitchgroup.com/ after the item(s) has been returned to the delivery representative.

 

Replacement and Refund

While we have put processes and measures in place to ensure that you get the correct product ordered in good condition, if we do deliver a wrong item or damaged item, we will take responsibility and happily replace the item at no cost to you. If we are unable to replace an item, a refund will be considered on a case- by- case basis and we will refund funds where there is a need. Please note that refund amount will be less bank charges. Unprocessed Order

If we are unable to process your order for any reason, we will contact you and a refund will be initiated.


Order Cancellation

When orders are placed, we start processing immediately to meet our mandate of fast delivery. Also, goods taken out of our partners inventory cannot be returned to prevent fraud. Based on this, we currently do not support order cancellation. Orders successfully paid for cannot be cancelled.

 
Change in delivery address

When orders are placed, we start processing immediately to meet our mandate of fast delivery. Also, goods taken out of our partners inventory cannot be returned to prevent fraud.

Based on this, we are not able to accommodate a change in delivery address. Buyer will have to arrange for pickup from the address captured during order placement. We have put an address verification step in our buying process to allow you to reconfirm your address every time you shop with us.

 

Refund/Replacement Process Flow
