What do I do if I received a defective order?
While we have put processes and measures in place to ensure that you get the correct product ordered in good condition, if we do deliver a wrong item or damaged item, we will take responsibility and happily replace the item at no cost to you.
If we are unable to replace an item, a refund will be considered on a case by case basis and we will refund funds where there is a need. Please note that refund amount will be less bank charges. Where a refund has been approved, we will pay to your specified account no or wallet captured when raising your replacement/refund request on https://help.interswitchgroup.com/.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Orders successfully paid for and processed cannot be changed. You can only request to change an order If what was delivered was a damaged or a wrong item.
How do I cancel my already placed order?
When orders are placed, we start processing immediately to meet our mandate of fast delivery. Also, goods taken out of our partners inventory cannot be returned to prevent fraud. Based on this, we currently do not support order cancellation. Orders successfully paid for cannot be cancelled.

How do I change my delivery address?
When orders are placed, we start processing immediately to meet our
mandate of fast delivery. Also, goods taken out of our partners inventory
cannot be returned to prevent fraud. Based on this, we are not able to
accommodate a change in delivery address. Buyer will have to arrange for pickup
from the address captured during order placement. We have put an address
verification step in our buying process to allow you to reconfirm your address every
time you shop with us. However, you can change/update your address before
paying for your order while shopping.
