You are required to input your address before adding products to cart to enable us to fulfil your order quickly and efficiently.
Orders placed before 5pm on our ecommerce store will be delivered the same day.
Orders placed after 5pm will be delivered the next morning.
You will be notified via mail or SMS once your package is out for delivery.
A call will also be placed to the mobile number provided while shopping once the delivery rep arrives at the delivery address.
You are required to submit a valid mobile number when shopping on our online store and ensure your mobile number is reachable from the time you get notified that your order is out for delivery until your order is delivered.
Failed Delivery Attempt
For cases of failed delivery attempt due to unavailability of delivery recipient or wrong delivery address submitted while shopping, we will attempt delivery one more time and this might come with an extra charge depending on distance and location.
You will receive a delivery code via mail or SMS.
The code is used to verify that the delivery recipient is a valid recipient.
Kindly ensure the code is available at the point of delivery and present the code to the delivery personnel when requested.
